The lightbox thumbnails have not uploaded. They are present in the AutoScaledImages folder on the local PC.
Clicking on a thumbnail displays the large image.

Website purge and refresh in 'Help' 'Troubleshooting' fixed it!
I didn't tick to exclude images.

Glad you've fixed it. I see that the Lightbox code you're using dates back to 2008 and isn't the current V10 release that you got recently. It would be worth updating as that code pre-dates several current browsers and can't really be relied on for the future.
