Norlist not cascading

Using executive theme with norlist blue style as seen here http://www.drillpine.biz/v8norlist/

All works fine on test site but does not cascade to lower levels

On example “clothing” has small arrow to right and mine does not? http://www.drillpine.biz/v8norlist/

Site options/settings/norlist style set to listmenue_b.css,

Norlistdepth set to use parent (=999)

What am I missing

I do not want to upload to my site http://www.gretnagreenweddingring.com until working

Without being able to see what you've done, my hands are tied and I'm blind. Bit hard to help in those circumstances.
Over 90% of such troubles are caused by skipping or misreading a step in the ReadMe.
