In private grounds about 50 metres from an access road.   Four full-time staff look after the garden and pool. There's a night-time security guard.

Top floor of kitchen dining and sitting areas are all open-plan. The table extends to seat 6.

Open to the sitting and dining area above.   There's a dishwasher too.   Hot water is electrically heated.   Bottled water and bread are delivered to the door.

There's a washing machine downstairs.

These are downstairs (cooler at night).   Double bedroom (shown) with large wardrobe in alcove to left.   The other two are twin bedded. 

There are two fully tiled toilets, both with showers. 

The sun sets over there.   The balcony has a tiled roof to keep the sun off.

There is a built-in barbeque and more chairs off to the right.

Large pool with paddling area and covered sitting (shared with 20 other houses).  The pool has it's own toilets, shower and changing rooms.  This is shared with 20 other houses but never gets crowded.

We're 50 metres from a minibus route (not marked on map).   This bus runs every few minutes (less frequently at night) 24 hours a day in summer to Bodrum and Gumbet.   The fare is about UK£0.40. 

The newly built (1998) Bodrum / Milas airport is 50Km away.    Izmir and Dalaman airports are both about 220Km away.
